This is my first time reading this author, and looking forward to reading additional books. Savage is a man of few words. His brothers in the MC are used to his one word grunts. A violent childhood led to a life on the streets as a young teen. Add to that time in the military, and Savage has seen things most people cannot comprehend. After Paige’s mother died when she was young, she was left with an uncaring father. When he remarried and had another child, the distance between them grew. In an effort to have some relationship with her father, Paige studied journalism in college. And while words of praise never came, her father did hire her at his newspaper as a junior reporter. For weeks, Savage has been staring at the curvy redhead, as she goes about her business. So, when she shows up at his auto shop, wanting to interview him for a story she’s working on, he’s stunned. So stunned, he lets her leave without a word. Paige has certainly noticed the tatted-up, sexy-as-hell guy at the auto shop everytime she passes. But, guys like him aren’t interested in girls like Paige. Besides, she’s got her eyes on a story about police corruption here in Valor that needs her full attention. Savage and his brothers have been working hard to weed out corruption in their police department. They have intel about a meeting between the chief of police and a local gang. And they plan on a stakeout at the warehouse where the meeting is supposed to happen. But when Savage spots Paige in the shadows of the warehouse putting herself in danger, he knows he will risk his own life to protect the woman he loves.

So far this series has really curled my toes. Siles is just the sweets, sexiest, grizzly bear in the world. Paige has noticed him for the last month and she finally gets the courage to talk to him. Siles just is so tongue tied that he doesn’t know what to say. Paige is a reporter working for her fathers paper and trying to do an article on the dirty cops in town. Siles is part of the Men of Valor MC Club and he feels he’s unworthy of Paige. These two have both been hurt but they see to bond and fuse with the strongest passionate love you could ever want. There is action, violence, danger, passion and love. This is book three and I have bought each book in the series. These guys are big, gruff, honorable and love their families. Cameron Hart, you did an amazing job on this story. It was so hot that my laptop was sizzling. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
